iMeetify Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in the iMeetify Affiliate Program, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms govern your participation and are intended to ensure fair use and protection for both you (the affiliate) and iMeetify.
1. Program Eligibility & Enrollment
- All applicants must complete the affiliate registration process.
- Approval is subject to review and discretion by the iMeetify team.
- We may decline or remove affiliates who do not align with our brand values, operate in conflicting niches, or engage in misleading marketing.
2. Affiliate Tiers & Commissions
Your affiliate status determines your commission rate. iMeetify uses a tiered rank system:

- Commission rates are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
- Previously tracked referrals will be paid based on the rate applicable at the time of referral.
3. Payout Terms
- Commissions are calculated on net sales, excluding discounts, refunds, and taxes.
- Payouts are processed monthly with a 30-day hold period.
- Minimum payout threshold: ₹[Insert INR] or $[Insert USD].
- Affiliates must submit valid tax documentation when requested.
- iMeetify may withhold full, partial, or tax amounts until required documents are submitted.
4. Use of Marketing Assets
- You may use approved banners, images, and content from iMeetify.
- You may not alter logos or brand elements without permission.
- You must clearly identify as an independent affiliate, not a representative of iMeetify.
5. Prohibited Activities
- No bidding on iMeetify-branded keywords in ads.
- No spam, false claims, or misleading promotions.
- No referral fraud or self-referrals.
- No impersonation of iMeetify or its staff.
6. Account Termination
- Accounts may be terminated for violations, inactivity, or unethical behavior.
- Use of all iMeetify assets must cease upon termination.
- Pending commissions may be withheld depending on violation severity.
7. Intellectual Property
All iMeetify materials remain its exclusive intellectual property. Affiliates may use them only for the purpose of promoting iMeetify while enrolled in the program.
8. Limitation of Liability
- iMeetify is not liable for technical issues, tracking errors, or revenue losses.
- Affiliates participate at their own risk.
9. Policy Updates
iMeetify may update these terms at any time. Continued participation implies agreement with the new terms.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
